Velinr accepts return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging attached.

How To Start A Return

Contact us through the Velinr contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale, gift cards, and worn or altered items are not eligible for return.
